head count and food list

Ok guys, i thought we'd go ahead and start planning for this weekend. We're starting a "who can bring what" list but, we need to know how many people is going to be able to make it, so we don't end up with too much, or too little food and drinks. This is what we'll be needing and if anyone thinks of anything I've left off please mention it. Thanks guys I think this will be a lot of fun! 1. I will be there.

That's about all I can think of again if I've left something off the list please mention it. We will need to be at the gate at Centerville BY 10:30 to be able to get in early. If you guys from the central AR area want to meet up in Cabot or Conway and go as a group let me know and we'll decide on a time and place.

I'll have 2 people going (my G/F and I). I can bring hamburger meat or hot dogs, maybe both depending on number of people that will be there. I have no clue how much will be needed, so once we get a list someone let me know how much to bring.

I've met a guy on a different forum, he should be registering here shortly. Him and his G/F should be there (he drives a red 03 or 04 Cobra with chrome Saleens). Hopefully he will be on here and chime in, but add 2 more to the list to make sure we get them counted.

I already know him. His name is evan and thats a sick looking cobra. Looks better in person. I've known him for a lil bit and he goes out to centerville every now and then but i dont think he races. He babys that cobra but can u blame him.

If everything works out, my wife & I will be there with my '03 Mach 1. I have a friend in El Dorado that has a silver '03 Cobra. He expressed a desire for him and his GF to make it. He also said he knew of another guy in El Dorado with a '98 Cobra that said he would be interested in coming up. He also knew of a guy in Magnolia that has an '05 Saleen and he said he would try to contact the guy to see if he would be interested in making it too.

If all of us can make it, will represent L.A. [Lower Arkansas] :mrgreen:

If we can make it, we'll probably be coming up 'scenic' Highway 7 since it goes right through Camden and through Centerville. The leaves ought to be in full color this weekend, so should be a nice drive on the curvey highway.

To keep things simple I'll just be bringing hot dogs, we'll have those and no hamburgers (too much other stuff to go with them). At least that's what I'm bringing. We'll need to make sure we get all the fixin's for them. Should be fun, I'm getting excited about this. I'm glad we're getting more people together. I may have to cut out early (3-4ish) but should still have plenty of time to meet and greet everyone, watch runs, etc.

well i dn't think so looks like we should have it covered. Maybe 2-3 large trash bags? I tried calling them today to see if we'd need to bring some but can't get ahold of them so we might need to bring some just in case.

Last time i went to a cookout/"car show", nobody ate. I say car show cus that's what it turned in to. Everybody wanted to see each others cars and take pics. We ended up with a lot of food left over.

There are a few tables, but not many. There are bleachers, but they are on the trackside. I'm planning on bringing collapsible chairs so we can sit out by the cars (no point in being trackside when nobody's running).

Well we can rent chairs and tables here on base. The chairs r $2 a day i think and im not sure about the tables but if yall r interested i can check into it

I will be going as well, sorry I have been really busy. My car won't as some know I am rebuilding it, but I thought it might be fun to go meet everyone and hang out. I will bring some of my camera gear, so maybe if some people want some video and in car stuff we can do that.

I will be bringing my truck so I can bring some extra bag chairs and a roller table or 2. Oxman, I will send you a PM about some more help if you need it.

Sorry I had to wait until the last minute. I had an out of town job I was not sure of. I am planning on meeting ya'll at Exxon in Conway @ 0900. My wife has to work, so I will be alone. What remains to bring? More drinks, chips, sausages, anything. Don't want to show up with just my fork..................Also can bring about 3 folding chairs.
Also, I am going to contact a Saleen in Russellville and let him know about it.

Good job guys, starting to get excited about this myself. To show how big of a procrastinator I am, I have yet to begin cleaning the car, so I'll be up bright and early in the morning to start. I've decided against running, my car just isn't running at full power (low rpm miss, probably plugs/wires, and also think I may have a u-joint going out). I will be bringing it, but will just spectate and try to get some good pics.

Coming to Centerville from Camden, AR: Me & my Mach1, and a guy with an '07 Shelby. Coming from Smackover, AR will be a guy with Bullitt Mustang. From El Dorado, AR will be my friend with his '03 Cobra, and a friend of his with a '98 Cobra. --Nice collection of Mustangs from south Arkansas.
