Hey guys,
with all the shifters out there what do you suggest for my 03 cobra? want to keep original shift knob and boot which is part of the anniversary package.

I'd suggest an orange handle MGW. I used to have its predecessor, the blue handle, on my 99 Cobra years ago, and it's definitely a bad-A short shifter that eases the 2-3 shift. You can also use your stock shift knob if I'm not mistaken.

Yes MGW. I also had the older blue one I think. It was the short one. It's a nice piece. Plus they are based outta my hometown, so I was able to meet George and the crew and see the setup. They are good people, and even installed it for me for free.

MGW all the way. Had one on my 6 speed in my 99 and have one now in my 08. You won't be disappointed.

I know I loved the MGW in my 96 Cobra. It all comes down to personal preference I believe, as there are several good shifters on the market. However, as seems to be the popular opinion here it's hard to beat the MGW. Let us know how it works out for you!

The MGW shifter has arrived. just waiting for me to get time to put it in. initial quality seems impressive. if you haven't checked out their web site they have a lot of dress up parts.
