It was my wife's turn for a vehicle and we had been looking for an SUV and was going to trade my 86 F150 in when they had the Cash for Clunkers program. The problem was she didn't really like much of what we were seeing plus we didn't like the idea of not have a truck. You can imagine my surprise when I heard the following words, "Why don't we just get another truck?" So that's what we did. I don't like the styling changes on the 09+ F150 so we started looking for a lower mileage 07-08. We got this 07 Lariat last week with 24500 miles. I put 5" step bars on it today that aren't in the picture. It's funny how my wife will agree to buying parts when it benefits her as well.

Actually, we didn't think we would like the white at first so we were looking at the dark blue or the dark stone but we saw the white sand metallic and really liked it. It almost has a pearl look to it.

When and where are you moving to? I could probably help.

Gotta love it when the wife twists your arm to buy a "new" truck. Mine did the same when we bought out f-350 a couple years ago.

Hey I will! Congrats on the truck! Post up when you get some more pics of it maybe the truck and the stang together that would be cool. Just one question though. If you got a stang and a new truck, what does she drive??? :)

I'll try to get some pics of both this weekend, if it doesn't rain. As far as what she drives it is a 2002 Honda Accord, but, since it was her time for a vehicle she is staking claim to the new truck. I can't argue with her about it considering we bought the 08 GT last year for me. We usually drive to work together anyway so I'm the one driving it the most. Now I need to sell my 86 F150 so I can get a vehicle out of my house.

I drove the mustang for the first time since getting the truck. I guess I've already gotten use to the truck because I felt like I was sitting on the asphault when driving the stang. It was a whole new feeling, which was good. Made the car feel that much more agile and quick.
