looks really good man! Have you installed your new exhaust yet? If you have, you know we need more pics! lol But, yeah looks good! That chin spoiler makes a big difference, I think you've made me a believer. Probably will be in my plans shortly.

Yeah it made a huge difference (it will make even bigger difference when I get new wheels and lower it). And I had a friend stay over and help with the exhaust like 2 weeks after posting those pics. It took us three days (off and on) work to get everything taken off and to install the new stuff. I don't have a garage or anything so I had to do it outside on jackstands.
The longtube headers actually went up into the engine bay very easily from the bottom. My friend got tired the 2nd day (his two kids [1yr and 3yr] were left to us that day...even though we were working on the car) and went to bed early. I put the passenger side header on myself. I was very surprised at how easy it went up into the bay. I didn't think it was going to fit at first, but I set the jackstand up another click and it worked fine. The hardest part of the longtube install is trying to bolt up the two bolts closest to the firewall. The A/C stuff was kinda in the way and was hard to tighten it up...but I got it.
Everything else just bolted up (O/R H-Pipe, Stock GT Catback, Stainless Steel Hangers). My muffler hangers actually have only one bolt each because the supplied bolt fitting wouldn't fit the other holes? My passenger longtube is bolted nice and tight, but the flange at the bottom is not positioned well and touches the transmission. I can't get my H-Pipe to fully tighten to that side, and thus I have a dang exhaust leak. The only way I think to fix it would either be to have a shop cut the flange welds [3] on the header and reposition it, or just take a cutting torch to the end of the flange so it won't touch anymore.
My mufflers are hanging kinda low as well. I need to cut the hangers off and reweld them, along with my Flowmasters I had before, to the catback for a perfect fitment. Other than these things, everythings great lol. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures while installing the stuff. The only pics I took were after I removed the factory exhaust. Sorry guys :(
I actually had a thread at SM.com of me cleaning a factory cat-back. I'll put it in the mod section in a little bit :)
***EDIT***
I just found that the 4.6s had a lower exhaust gasket that connected the header to h-pipe. I might go to AutoZone and get a look at one to see if it might work. If it makes my exhuast leak go away, I will be one happy camper!

sounds good man! Yeah, I've changed my H pipe out 2ce, and you need to replace or install a gasket on the (if i remember right) passenger side. Yeah, would have liked to see some install pics of the headers. I hear they are a headache to install so, they will probably be one of my last mods (if i do it on this car) hopefully i will be doing it on a blue 03 cobra. right sonicsteed? Also, where did you pick up those tail light covers?

They're actually just tinted using a $10 Insta-Cling 20% roll from Wal-Mart. That's what a lot of people on SM.com have done to theirs. I had GunMetal Altezzas on it for a while. I'm going for that smoked look now, so I tinted them and bought some smoked headlights. I have a link somewhere for how to tint them. I'll find it and post it up in a lil bit.
As far as the headers, mine (for V-6) weren't all that difficult to install. It took me and a friend 3 days to do it....but we had to watch 2 kids on two of those days, and I had to make several trips to the parts store to get the right size sockets and stuff. If you have a garage, it would be very easy to do it. I heard that on V-8 engines, you have to jack the motor up a lil to be able to bolt them on. So it might be a lil more difficult for ya lol.

Well hopefully I can get my Flowmasters welded on in the next week or so. I might try to do something then :)
