The stall didn't line up with the factory holes in the flywheel so we had to enlarge some existing holes..

What you don't see is the second time we had to pull the trans out. We didn't get the stall completely seated in the last pump and when we bolted the trans up, the stall was binding against the flywheel, we couldn't turn the engine. We pulled it back out and got the stall to seat correctly.

That's awesome!
Seating the torque converter can be a pain at times to seat. It's weird that the holes didn't line up.Will it effect the balance by enlarging the holes? How does it feel?

We only enlarged the holes a very small amount so balance shouldn't be an issue. It feels pretty good, it was raining yesterday so I couldn't really test the stall on it.

We measured the flats on the end of the converters where it engages the pump, and the B&M measured .010" bigger. It took some "persuasion" to get it to seat. As far as the balance, we maybe took a total of a half ounce of steel off, and it was divided up among 4 equally spaced holes. Can't wait to see what it does at the strip!
