I have been off the site for a while, but have finally got motivated to work on the stang! Funny how manage to do that when it gets hot? I got the 5 lug conversion kit and the rims I've wanted. How does it look, Grant/Travis?
If anyone wants the old rims/tires and rotors they are yours!

Thanks guys! My next move is going to be body kit and paint. I was kicking around changing the color, but have decided to stay with the red. I still have the exhaust sitting in the garage. So I may install that this weekend since fishing is out of the question.

Looks great like it is, be a shame to put a kit on it (IMO, but I'm kinda wierd: I think LX>Cobra>Saleen>GT as far as external styling goes).
I'm also in love w/ the look of the SVOs and I've always wanted to put a saleen nose on an LX hatch, then do a set of SVO side spats, SVO style hood (Harwood) and SVO double stack spoiler w/ Saleen 18"s. My answer to "What would it look like if Saleen built an SVO?"
Of course I'm pro'lly the only one that's ever wondered that.
Like I said, I'm weird. I know this; my wife tells me everyday.

Str33tr,
Sounds like you have done a little pondering on the subject. I think the body kit comes from the fact I wanted a GT from the start. I think the ability to set these cars up to your own taste is what makes them so unique.

just a bit. I used to have a 90 LX. And I wanted to do my SaleenVO really bad. Then I fell in love w/ SN95s.

This is my favorite thing a/b Mustangs, too. Sadly, most cars are all done the same way. I'm sure a 10sec stang is a blast, but I'm tired of looking at 15x4 and 15x8 draglights. BUT, if that's what floats someone's boat more pwr to 'em.

The back wheels fit great, but the front will require a spacer to allow you to put the center caps on the rims. I was told to use the 1/4 inch spacer but they are not thick enough.
