So I'm cruising down the highway and I move over to pass a car and at the last second I realise there is a fence post laying in the middle of the road. I bent my rim but luckily I had two extra from when the 10.5s where installed. My left front camber is off by -1.8 and the dealership is telling me the cause is a bent spindle and strut. Ford wants way to much for a spindle and I went to the junkyard but the have a bad habit of setting the cars directly on the spindle. I figure while the car is on jacks that I should change out my leaking steering rack and beef up my front suspension so I'm looking for the rack and any front performace supension parts anyone might have laying around the garage or a recommendation on who makes good replacements for the rack and spindle. I also plan on putting some lower springs in there since this is no longer my daily driver so I'm in the market for some H&R SS but I might just go ahead and get the coil-over setup from MM since I'm getting Bilstein Struts. Opinions?

If it is not your DD anymore, go tubular K member, A arms, and coilovers while it's apart. As for the spindles, just keep searching all sorts of different forums. I would check www.stangnet.com. They usually have any kind of part you are looking for. If you decide to go tubular front suspension and coilovers, I can get you a good deal of UPR products. Also, have you looked at Strange 10 way adjustable struts? They have 10 different setting that go from drag race, to road race, to sitting driving and all in between. They are awesome.

Problem is that I dont have money for that quite yet and I would like to be able to drive it some this summer. What kind of price can you get me for the full front end suspension?

2nd thing on my to do list is drop spindles from Racecraft. in case you didn't know, the A Arms do best when they are parallel to the ground. When we dropped Stumbaugh's car I was shocked to see that they were angled up a/b 20degrees. The drop spindles are not cheap (a/b $400), but they keep you from having to buy a bunch of other band-aids that try to fix our compromised Mcpherson front suspension. Plus, your ride quality doesn't go the crap (not in the front, anyway).
