I'm finding it hard to find the right bushing for the shifter in my tr3650 transmission. Anyone have a part# or possibly a bushing laying around??? I had Hurst and also Tremec send me one but both were to small.

They want you to buy the whole shifter assembly. Go figure. I was hoping someone might have an extra one laying around. ???

Try calling MGW. They're great to work with and probably have some laying around.

I think I might have an extra laying around on an old shifter. You're talking about the shifter that goes on the bottom into the transmission correct?
I'm 90% sure I have one.

Yes. Snaps on the BOTTOM ball of the shifter and fits into a TR3650 tranny. Should be black plastic, round, about the size of a quarter.

Just checked, I have one on an old shifter. Came off an 02 GT.
PM me if you want it.

I had Hurst and Tremec send me a bushing for this and it was the wrong part. AbdullaGT had one and sent it to me. "thanks by the way" It is so nice to be able to shift gears and not miss one. I even got my clutch adjusted and had it chirping 4th gear.

getting just the bushing is a pain. had the same issue for friends mach when we did a manual swap in it. i ended up making a delrin piece for his.

I was glad to find what I needed. It would have not been much fun making that bushing fit. Hey if anyone needs one for a t45 or t5 tranny I got ya covered!!!

its actually not that bad to make one with delrin or something equivalant. i was thinking of making one for my car as well.
