Man, I knew my back wheel/tire wasn't very meaty, but that picture makes it look downright puny.. And I think I decided that I need to lower the rear.

Had a great time today, tons of beautiful cars. This was my first time hanging with TSG, but I look forward to more cruises and whatnot. It was great meeting everyone, and I hope to soon see the guys that couldn't make it out today.

Thanks, man, I appreciate the kind words! Your car looks great as well, there's nothing more sinister than a low, blacked out 'Stang. How do you like the ride with your cut springs? I've toyed with the idea of cutting my rears down just a bit, but I've heard that cutting progressive springs makes the ride go to crap.

There arent to bad. Mine are cut a little to much. It bottom's out in the back on big bumps. If I am just crusing around, it's not bad at all.

If I was you, I would just spend the money on some good lowering springs. It's worth the cash.

Thanks BTW for your kind words about my car. It badly needs to be repainted in the front and have that spot in the rear bumper fixed.

This trip made me really appreciate how badly I need tint! Even though my A/C was blowing full blast the whole trip it just couldn't beat the heat pouring in thru the windows.
For those that couldn't make it, you definitely missed out. Was a great time and was really cool to see the long line of tuff 'stangs running down the freeway. They did run a little faster on the way home, didn't they?

edit: OH YEAH... no one ask what we're all doing standing around that black mustang @ the top of the 1st pic. What happened in Memphis stays... yada yada yada...

Speaking of speed,,,I know 73 is kind of slow for a 2 hour trip but was just trying to keep everyone together. In a big group like that also,,cops would be more apt to pay attention to our speed. I know with the horses it's funner to run fast but,,,was just lookin out.

I completely agree -we needed to keep together and we did make for a VERY attractive target.
