anyone looking into buying a set of the trickflow 4.6 2v heads when they hit the market???

I want a set but I wont have the 2+grand after I get done with my build... unless I start selling drugs then I may have some in a month or r lol

I think i may add a set later to compliment my VT stage II n/a cams,and ported Bullitt intake.Unless i kill the engine before then,then i plan to do a search for a '03/'04 blown 4V swap....providing the funds will be there! :roll:

Im going with either the trickflows or powerheads for my twin turbo build. Have you heard any flow numbers yet?

the flow #'s are 240 out of the box if i remember right.

Yeah,the flow numbers were really awesome.I believe it was said that they out flow a set of stock Cobra heads.

I'd love to buy those but **** they're gonna be expensive, i think i have my heart set now on doing a terminator swap into the bullitt :twisted:

i think the playing field just got even for the 2v's, it should be fun to really piss the 4v's and lsx guys off.

i have everything for the termi swap :D

It will still be hard to keep up with some heavily ported 4v heads... be interesting to see a comparison with both heads maxed out. I know I am excited, the size of the 4v heads suck, you think a terminator swap sucks, try a 5.4 4v lol. the 4v 5.4 is a headache, you cant pull the valve cover off in the car, got to have custome headers built, p.i.t.a. just to fit it in and clear hydraboost. thats why I scratched my plans and started over with a 5.4 2v build and sold all my 4v stuff. I didnt even know TFS was devolping a 2v head at the time I changed my mind, and the lack of performance in the 2v heads made in a way feel like I was taking a step down but I am glad that now I have an option to have a head that is as good and will fit in my car on a 5.4

oh and yea, the modular/lsx wars is gonna very interesting now... especially if TFS deveolps a 4v head :twisted: if that happens the lsx hype will come to a big hault
