Are you sure. I would almost put money on them being 8" wide, I thought only the cobra r's and 03/04 cobra wheels where 9". The wheels he has come from the factory with 245/45 just like the stock bullitt wheels and the 03 cobra wheels come with 275/40s since they are wider.

I just noticed those are the 99/01 cobra wheels. When I glanced at them earlier I just saw a cobra wheel that was 5 spoke and assumed they were the 03/04 cobra wheels. Yeah they are 8".

yep, they only cost me 50 bucks off ebay and work great lol. one thing i would recommend is having an extra hid bulb cause they are sensitive to hard bumps and could bust, which has only happened once for me. i don't have the fog lights but im sure there are hids for them.

yup that was me, thanks bro! o/r x pipe gonna be here a lil after dec 1st. so you'll be able to hear me from the interstate too. if its too loud i'm just gonna bolt the stock cb back on it. hopefully it wnt be too bad just gotta wait and see.
