Anybody have an unlocked tuner that they could use to turn rear 02's off for me?

Tuners don't work like that, man. A tune would need to be specifically written for your car that includes the certain parameter that turns the rear O2's off. This would result in the tuner being married to your car. Your best bet, if you want to save a few bucks, is to check out some MIL eliminators. These basically trick your O2's into reading a voltage, resulting in no codes being thrown.
You can make some MIL eliminators yourself for next to nothing or buy them from a vendor.

You can use certain tuners on multiple cars. Snipe tuner you can.

Buy some o2 eliminators on ebay for like $5.

Go by your local parts store and pick up some spark plug non-foulers. You'll need to drill out the end of them, then install them at your rear o2's and problem solved. I went through a couple sets of MIL's on my old 96 Cobra, they kept failing. I finally discovered the non-foulers, worked like a charm and only cost $5. Best part it, no resistors or anything to wear out eventually, so they don't fail like MIL's. Here's (http://forums.evolutionm.net/evo-how-requests-questions-tips/215795-5-o2-cheater-non-fouler-how.html) the write-up I used to see how it was done.
