I'm looking into HID kits. Has anyone bought one from American Muscle, the one that costs $279. Or does anyone know about another kit for a 2010 for cheaper?

I know a lot of Mustang guys have went with kits from DDM tuning. As far as I know they are all happy with them. Under $50 per kit and also a lifetime warranty, hard to beat that.

The HID's I got were from Retro-Solutions LLC. Great prices, amazing customer service, and a lifetime guarantee. All that for a hundred bucks less than AM.
I think you 2010+ guys use a H13 bulb for the mains, and a H10 for the fogs. I would recommend this kit: http://www.retrosolutionsllc.com/servlet/the-158/DIGITAL-HID-XENON-CONVERSION/Detail
They offer both 35W and 55W, as well as the bulb-capping service. I don't know if capping is necessary on the 2010's, but this service reduces any glare seen by oncoming traffic, as well as provides less scattered light.

I've NEVER had good luck with HIDs, no matter what brand they were. They are just poor designs when compared to factory installed hids.
