Upgrading the dd

Well I have already started with mods. Did a basic tune tune up yesterday with frpp wires, plugs and a Taylor cap/rotor. Also replaced items such as pedals shift knob ect. Question is it still idles real rough. I think it has a cam but can't tell since it just won't idle right. I ordered the c&l intake system to hopefully fix it cause I think the homemade kit on the car is causing the running rich problem. Anyone else have issues with that. I'll keep y'all posted if it fixes the problem. I wish it would throw a cel so I would know more of what's going on. Anyways I'll have some more pics this weekend after I install the wheels

No. It's an older obd1 car so most of the time guys just have chips burned and installed for tuning. The intake is coming from Dallas mustang so hopefully it will be here before the weekend so I can find out if that's all the problem is. Still need to remove the upper intake and hand it to davis to have pc

Thanks again grant. Really wasn't sure if I made the right choice in choosing chrome bullitts but i think they fit the car perfectly. However I still can't help but wonder how fr's would have looked. Your car makes me a bit jealous. Def can't let the wife see yours or I'll be force to sell this one. Ha

you should through the saleen spoiler on there and it may reduce the gto look factor.

All I need are like oem stuff. Such as little wiring harnesses ect. Would also like another tranny if you have one

mine kinda rumbles like it's cammed right now, too (ask the guys who were @ the meeting saturday!), but it's just some vacuum hose that's come loose from the intake. BUT, I get an occaisional CEL.

Well I disconnected the egr and it's smooth as can be. However I have a cel now so I guess that was the prob this whole time

Hey melo, do you have a good egr valve? Also need agood driveside seat belt. Mine does role all the way up and it annoys me

I may or may not have the egr valve I pulled off the car years ago.

Hey scott, I may have a driver side seat belt from my 03, it's charcoal in color though. You can have it if I can find it.
