New to this board - found the link when looking for car shows in the area. I've been in NWA for five years now, and I've had my '69 Mustang for two. I also currently own an '06 GT, and before I moved here I was an active member of a Mustang Club out in Monterey, CA when I owned a stroked and blown '99 GT. I'm retired Army, originally from Detroit, and I've been a Ford and Mustang guy all my life.

Wow,,welcome aboard sir! Glad you found us! Love the Stang! We have a couple things going on next weekend a show in Maumelle and a cruise to Tupelo, MS. If you don't have anything planned would be happy to have ya join us!

Unfortunately, the '99 is dead and gone. Totaled before I left CA. Painful. But I do hope to get out to some of your events.

Thanks, but its not a Mach 1 or a GT - its just an ordinary F-Code 302 fastback. Hope to start doing some serious motor work on it this year.

I think a lot of people don't realize that '69 GTs are actually a LOT more rare than the '69 Mach 1's; just over 5,000 GTs were built compared to more than 72,000 Mach 1's. (again, mine is not a GT or a Mach 1)

welcome to the forum! beautiful mustang you have! what all exactly did you do to that 99 gt?
and looking forward to seeing you out at an event! if you want to make the trip we have a photo shoot on april 3 in little rock!

The '06 is just a plain ol' black-on-black GT; the only mod is a Magnaflow exhaust.

But I don't think I'll be able to make it down to LR on 3 April.

Thanks. I actually plan on selling the '06 and putting the money into the '69. Can't afford to work on both, and I enjoy the '69 a lot more.

Yeah it was you then I was in my Pontiac (DD) and I saw your car & thought HEY and pointed at you lol but my tints pretty dark so you probably didn't see me point or put 2 & 2 together of who or why I was pointing at you but hey we have met in passing now!
