Since i like to drag race,i have had the Lakewood 90/10's designed for the foxbody stangs due to my ride height for the last few years. But now that i don't do it as much,i plan on going adjustables. Not sure on what brand yet though.

If you are wanting flat out handling and quality then go with Bilsteins, but they can be rough depending on which ones you go with.

I have Lakewood 90/10 but they are no good for something with regular street use. if you want a good drag strut with daily drivabilty, lakewood 70/30 is a good choice or adjustable. I personaly would steer clear of QA1 though. just my opinion on the 2 times I have tried something of theirs and had bad experince, I will not buy anything their name again.

i put my tokicos on not too long ago, i have no complaints what so ever. i need to put my sway bar back on and take it out on the twisties again to see how much better it is.

Koni or Tokico adjustable would be a good upgrade. Those are what Im going with. Then a set of 50/50 Drags shock for the rear.

i put the front sway bar back on finally and took out for a drive. i ran it pretty hard and WAHT A DIFFERENCE! the front is so much more responsive, entering turns, trailbraking, holding speed into apex's soooo much better. the *** end feels a little light now, but that may be dur to me having the trunk gutted, really cold pavement, or i am pushing that much harder in and out of turns.

I am having to buy new struts for the front of mine also. I think that i am buying the competition engineering drag struts for the front with MMR's front coilover kit and competition engineering's 3 way adjustable rear shocks with MMR'S rear coilover kit.

I put Tokico D-specs on mine and they were a huge improvement over stock.

Finally looking to make the change in that rough riding pony, eh? I think that whatever you go to you'll be much happier w/ the ride quality. I'm seriously looking at the KYB AGX series (adjustable). Anybody have any experience w/ these?

blackjacks little brother runs KYB's. Hit him up for info on them. They have worked great on his car so far. (used to 60' 1.5's with 10 holes out back and 17" cobra wheels on the front with his nitrous setup before he did the turbo) I am not sure off hand which series they are though.

The strange adjustables are really good. I have them on all of my cars. You can go from drag setup to street to road race with the turn of a knob. Lakewoods have also been on the mustang scene for ages and are good quality as well.
