I think I'm fairly close to ordering the Magnum 500 style wheels by Wheel Replicas, 18x9 in front and 18x10 in the rear. I've included a few links to some pics.

This car has the FRPP springs that I will be installing so I should have a similar stance.

Here are some more pics, some with the 20" version, scroll around half way down.

I think they'll go well with my car, pictured below but not yet lowered, and give it more of that modern classic look. What do you think?

To each his own, but I wouldn't buy them. It's not that I hate them, I've just seen better looking wheel setups IMO. But then again, I'm a fan of the wheels you have right now.

not really my cup of tea either. I mean they look good, IMO I would just go another route. I personally think some chrome bullets would look good with wides in the back?

Bullets are the are the new Cobra Rs in the fact that everyone has them. Please don't take offense if you have them, they are this way for a reason, because they do look good and I agree with that. I even had a set of Torque Thrust IIs on my 99 GT, but I want something different that you're not necessarily going to see on every other mustang, JMO.

Gotta agree with that. I'd like something different, but if it ain't broke, don't fix it. The bullets look sweet on Stangs, they just "fit". You can still be different, it's just I'm not feeling those particular wheels.

Please, I beg of you not to go with the 18's in the magnum style. I have seen these on a stang in person, I personally don't think they look good even with a good stance. I'm with 4.10's view on this one. You have a great looking ride to begin with, the 18's that come with the CS/GT look better than the mag's. Your going from a polished look to a machined look. It may take away from your car...

That's one of the reasons I haven't pulled the trigger yet, I haven't seen them in person. Pictures can only give you so much perspective. I have to admit I'm somewhat surprised at the opinions here though. Most feedback I've heard on these have been good. That's one of the reasons I posted it though is to get other's perspective.

It's not that they look bad, it's just that I've seen much better looking setups. In the end, it's not about what we like. If you like the wheels, that's all that matters. I've had several people say they don't like the 04 Cobras I have on my car. However, they're the best I can do and I really like them, so I don't let it bother me what they think. If you like them, go for it.

Amen, brother! I SO agree a/b the bullitts being the new Rs, and I like the 500s. These are perfect for the retro themed s197s. If I had your GT-SC I'd do the 20's though. They look soo good. In fact, I'm really thinking a/b a set of 18x9s for the front and 20x10s for the back of my 95 GT.

I still haven't made up my mind on the 20s. I like the way they look but still not sure on the ride. I need to take a ride with someone with 20s to see how it is. I may also be looking at the Shelby CS69s as well. I still want to see both in person on the car though. We'll see.

OK, I guess I am the only one who likes the mags. I dont know how they would look on your car, but the car in the pic looks awesome to me. but i am a big fan of the 69/70 mustangs and it reminds me of them.
