died after dyno

went to dyno yesterday to get a basline on the car and was going to do a couple things to it in couple weeks and get more #'s. i was then going to go to mokan last weekend of month and see if how much faster i was going to be, i thought i might get the chance to see 10's. but i go mad at dyno yesterday, advanced timing in my nitrous tune, and still didnt get results i wanted. i was on way back home and got into a race and then blew the motor. now the wife i a little more than pissed, and i didnt plan on building till the end of summer. my numbers came out to be 261/301 n/a and 364/462 on bottle.

yeah, the wife is on the virge or stranggling the color out of me. after dyno i raced a gto, i was on the bottle and he just played with me. then i raced a termi and thats when it let go. i not too sure about what i am going to put in it next, but it needs to be quick because the wife wants it running quickly.

I dont know how much damage happened to yours motor but I will sell you my old 4.6....dirt cheap

not sure what all happened either. i know i have a hole in the pan from #5 rod, but thats about all i know.

Wow, yours came apart way worse than mine did. I just burnt a hole in number 1 piston. Im selling my long block, along with ARP headstud kit, MMR 7qt oil pan, windage tray, MMR oil pump and pickup tube for $600. I will throw in the edelbrock victor jr EFI intake for another $250

thats not too bad of a deal. i would like to have all but the stock long block or the intake. i am kind of suprised it didnt do more damage.

i have a stock shortblock with 8 bolt crank that needs rebuilt for $100, and also have a 5.4 block you can have, and a stock forged 5.4 crank I will take $100 for and a d.s.s. main girdle for $75 if any of that will help you out.

i still trying to get a few things lined out. my original plan was shot down, so i am having to settle for less. i have to do some upgrades and selling some stuff i have now, i wont know what all i will be doing for just a little bit.
