Hey Michael, if you are kind of iffy about doing it because of the miles, uyou know I still have the original shortblock out of my car if yould like to build up a fresh engine. If it were me I dont think I would get over 75 shot on it with them miles though.

If your if'y about it do a compression test and make sure all cylinders are holding good compression. Other than that man I would not wory about it to much. Yes nitrous will be a littel harder on the rings but its not that bad. I sprayed my 95gt till 167,000 miles. And that was a lot of bottles lol. I have a buddy that was spraying his car at 227,000 miles on a 5.0 and another that sprayed his car untill 143,000 on a 4.6. None of us had any problems. As long as you keep a colder plug in it with proper gap and retard the timing back for the amount you spray you should be ok. JMO

I have run NOS, Nitrous Express, and ZEX. They were all good kits and did their job but the ZEX kit was the berst quality IMO.

Yea get the ZEX kit for the 99-04 Mustang, it is what I had on my car. Ive messed with quite a few different kinds and I wont have another brand after using the ZEX kit.
