Here are the details on my GT's cams....they were installed 3 years ago,so i bought them when they were VT Stage II n/a cams.
CMS Stage 2 N/A Cams
These cams are the original VT Stage 2 N/A grind that I developed for VT. Stage 2 cams are the perfect choice for stock or ported heads and great all around N/A street/strip performance. MUST BE USED WITH AFTERMARKET VALVESPRINGS. Aggressive idle. 2800-6200 rpm. Gains of 30-35rwhp are common. Like 3.73 gear or better and 2800+ stall in auto's. MUST BE TUNED AFTER INSTALL.
.560/.575 lift, 225/235 .050" duration, 108 LSA

My Favorite cam in the world for the 2v is the HiTech stage 2. They sound awsome and they are the highest producing stage 2 cam on the market.
