I had my 99 lowered about 2 inches with no issues. Have you checked all the hangers?

I did notice yesterday while i was under my GT that my tailpipes do touch slightly on the front portion of the axle tubes, must be only on rebound, cause sitting still there is clearance.

mine are rubbing pretty bad and it really anoying so im gonna put stock springs back in untill i figure out the problem. i think it maybe because i cut stock springs instead of buying the factory replacement drop springs

It's not the cut stock springs,it's the change in the geometry due to lowering. So no matter what lowering spring you will install,it will do the same since the issue is already there. What you need to do is lift the stang up,and see exactly where it is making contact, and adjust your tailpipes in or out at the muffler if they are not welded in.

I have cut springs on the M1 with a bassani CB. Mine dosent rub the sway bar. But the pasg side rubs the rear tire. Its always something.I
I had a SLP LM1 when I first bought the car......it was the best fitting CB I have seen. Too bad it sounded like hell with the O/R X
I love the sound of the bassani...but the fitment sucks

ive tried but if i slide it back to get off the swaybar then it hits the axle tubes of the rearend i think that the bends are a little to tight but im gonna keep trying to resolve the problem so thanx for the ideas so far an please keep thinking  :D
