Floor pan help

So I need to weld in some new pans in the fox. How exactly do I cut them out because there things under the floor that dont need to come out when I cut them. Any help?

What do you mean "things that don't need to come out".. are you talking about the "frame rails".. I'd reccomend using a cut off wheel.. very carefully

Use a cut off wheel and make sure to use a lap joint for extra strength. You won't hurt the frame rail if you barely cut it, just weld it back, but it is better to take your time. You can use a plasma cutter for the edges, but I wouldn't use that around the frame rails
