Pray you never have to do one, that's all I have to say.........
sorry for the crappy pics, took em with my phone as we went along, took me and my dad 6.5 hours to do

Pulled the two front seats out and center console

Then out with the entire dash after pulling the steering column

All because it had to leak at the seam on the left tube

Haha, thanks for the write up, and looks like it was a pretty big chore getting it done. Hope all went well and it's working for you now though.

That sucks!!It seems as the year models get newer,stuff like this gets harder to replace ourselves.
I remember doing one in my '85 GT,open the glove box,unscrew the glove box "sleeve",and right there is a plate with 4 screws that hold a plate to the heater cores pocket,and the heater core slides right out.Literally 15 minute or so job once the coolant was flushed LOL!
Not looking forward to the '03 once it does go knowing how long it can take. :?
