They powder coated some engine stands at the last shop I worked at. Did a good job, don't know much about price though.

I am freinds with the owner of Little Rock powder coating. They do good work and have some pretty sweet colors. I just had some stock 5.0 valve covers done for someone in a anthricite gray and they turned out great.
