Default Spun cam bearing?

Well finally got the mustank tore down, it wasn't pumping oil to part of the heads but was still making good oil pressure. So I was thinking a bad lifter, well they were all good so I pulled the cam to see if I could tell if it spun a bearing. I need to find a real camera but here is a blurry pic you can kind of see a score in it. So I dont think this is a normal thing, would this be evidence of a spun or about to spin cam bearing?

Is the cam bearing spun to the point of blocking the oil passage? By the way if the distributer was in the front you wouldn't be having this problem.

Real funny well I was tired last night and today I looked and the oil passage on the front bearing is sitting at about 3 o'clock which I don't think is correct so it looks like it spun.
